The Crescent at Pelican Bay Recreation Association ("CrescentRec") oversees many of the common areas that are so important to our community. CrescentRec is responsible for the clubhouse, pool, spa, and exercise room. It maintains many of our common features, such as Abbington Circle and its lampposts, the two community entrances, the lake and the fountain, and the hedges along Pelican Bay Boulevard. These facilities are for the use and enjoyment of the 32 owners in Covington Row and the 116 owners in The Crescent.
The website serves two primary purposes: to provide information which you are entitled to have; and to serve as a handy reference for community life at CrescentRec. It is designed to be useful for all owners, especially new ones.
We try hard to keep the information current, but inevitably there will be stale information. For instance, we have recently transitioned to a new management company, Advanced Property Management Systems. Therefore, all references to the previous management company (Precedent Hospitality and Management) are no longer applicable and should be ignored.
